Learning objectives
During this workshop, trainers from across the country will come together in person to explore key facilitation topics, practice new techniques, and enhance their skills, becoming more confident and effective trainers. By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
Identify the diverse learning needs of participants to design effective training sessions.
Explain the principles of effective training design and how they cater to various learning styles.
Apply active learning strategies, such as group work and scenario-based learning, to enhance participant engagement.
Analyse common challenges faced during training sessions and develop strategies to address them.
Evaluate the effectiveness of different facilitation tools in various training scenarios.
Create structured and learner-focused workshop plans that incorporate interactive elements.
Reflect on personal facilitation practices to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Workshop format
This one-day workshop will take place between 9.30am - 4pm in a central location in either London or Birmingham. As part of your participation you will get access to a wide range of resources, including all of our customisable templates.
Workshop facilitators
The workshop will be led by our co-founders, Robin Davis and Joe Blunden, who have facilitated more than 1,000 workshops over the past 10 years.
Workshop cost
The workshop costs £495 per person, with a 20% discount available to public sector workers. We are also able to offer a discount for group bookings. Please get in touch to find out more.
